The leader behind the work
I'm a UX Manager and Design Lead with 9+ years of experience at PwC, Cognizant, and ZingHR — working across government, life sciences, BFSI, retail, and enterprise.
My work sits at the intersection of people and strategy. I lead cross-functional teams, facilitate executive workshops, and translate user research into product decisions that matter to the business. I've delivered end-to-end UX across 25+ digital projects — from a government CX transformation for ServiceOntario to an enterprise ESG platform used by Chief Sustainability Officers.
I'm a Certified Usability Analyst (HFI) and a firm believer that the best design starts with the right question — not the first solution.
Beyond my day job, I actively mentor at Designerrs Academy, ADPList, and Hero Vired. Over 75 students I've mentored have gone on to secure roles in the design industry — something I'm genuinely proud of.
I graduated from the University of Mumbai with a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering, which gave me an early appreciation for systems thinking and technical constraints — something that still shapes how I approach design problems today.

Lead with empathy, decide with evidence
I start every project by deeply understanding the people using the product — then use research and data to make design decisions that are defensible to stakeholders.
Strategy before screens
Good UX starts long before Figma is open. I focus on defining the right problem, aligning stakeholders on outcomes, and building a shared understanding before a single wireframe is drawn.
Design that scales
I build reusable systems, not one-off screens. Every decision I make considers how it will hold up as the product grows, the team changes, and the business evolves.
People grow teams, not processes
My most important design tool is the people around me. I invest in mentoring, critique, and psychological safety because the best design comes from teams that feel empowered to challenge and iterate.
